Monday Morning
- Pamela reports Mr. B successfully introduced her at church yesterday; there was lots of gawking at Mr. B's new bride, and everyone they chatted with afterwards was very pleasant and complimentary to Pamela.
- A bunch of beggars asked for money afterward, and Pamela basically gave away everything she had on her, telling them to come to her house later for more.
- And they did, just before Pamela sat down to write her little journal entry.
