You work for IBM. They sent you on a sales trip to heroically open up Somalia as a market. You had to eat. The cool shops on the side of the road don't take credit cards; only cash. So you incurred all kinds of out-of-pocket expenses for which you'll have to get receipts, in order to get reimbursed by the very uptight accounting people at IBM.
