Okay, we've gotta have fun with this one.

But...no. Ok. Fine. The blue-haired old ladies are staring at us angrily.

It’s a term used for a commodity market where there isn’t much movement. Prices are stable, or at least drifting slowly and predictably higher.

The prices have hardened...like their frozen stock. (Guess Frigidaire wins this one...sorry, Viagra.)
