College Level Examination Program - CLEP

Categories: Regulations, Education

If you really love this program, you'd be a...what? (Answer at the end.)

Very few things have names as self-explanatory as the College Level Examination Program. There's the Spanish American War, The Lego Movie, and then there's the College Level Examination Program.

The CLEP is a set of tests that evaluate university-equivalent information. Or, of course, you could call it a college-level examination program.

The tests are administered by the College Board, and cover 33 subjects in topics like literature, history, math, science, business, and world languages. The tests allow students to earn college credits if they achieve high enough scores, helping to lower costs for college and speed the graduation process.

Yes, a CLEPtomaniac. Stole your heart with that one, didn't we?
