Statistics and Probability
Statistics is a tough subject for many adults, let alone sixth graders. So how can we get students to feel comfortable tackling statistics concepts at such an early age?
Well, 97% of sources say that we should do what these standards do: give them a good foundational understanding of statistical questions, types of distributions, and measures of center and variability. As for those other 3%? Well, we'll just agree to disagree.
